  This company did not take care of my belongings at all, they destroyed them, moving is a stressful enough process and I would not want anyone to go through what I am now trying to sort all of this.

  Moving from Switzerland to Australia in September 2014 - from start to the end Crown people looked after our relocation like no company I used before. Truly, fantastic, friendly and pleasant experience to deal with at all time. Highly recommended for those who are in doubts. Naturally I was, who wouldn't. Now will use Crown with confidence again!

  When my partner and I needed to move a bunch of our stuff in a hurry, back to Australia earlier this year. Crown came in as one of the cheapest, but also was very easy to deal with and was very flexible to our needs. Would highly recommend them.

  I would NEVER use them again or recommend them!!!!! I chose KENT for all of my other moves within Australia, a bit more expensive but worth the peace of mind! The SAME furniture was moved with them and NO DAMAGE, NO STRESS with GREAT customer service.

  I can see someone had a similar experience to myself a few years ago too! This my experience from this year and the last time I will be dealing with them, as far as I am concerned they don't deserve the ONE STAR.

  We used Crown Relocations to make the move from NZ to Australia & found them excellent to deal with & our possessions arrived in excellent order were unpacked & put in place as required. Would recommend them every time

  I had expensive glass furniture which was smashed to pieces in the move, my brand new mattress ended up with disgusting MOULD and something spilt on it!!!!
